In this workshop, Iβll share what Iβve learned on my years-long journey toward becoming an improvisation-based artist and human. Weβll explore how freedom emerges when we stop fighting βwrongβ notes and start listening for what wants to happen next.
This session is about learning to play with your instrument, not against it β whether that instrument is your body, your voice, your guitar, your creative practice, or your life as itβs unfolding.

Make Your Own Manifesto! is a playful, grounding, and surprisingly powerful one-hour workshop where you create a personal manifesto β a distilled, living statement of what you stand for, what youβre letting go of, and what youβre choosing to build next.
Through group discussion, reflective exercises and creative exploration, we uncover and clarify the guiding principles and practices that shape our lives and work.
Youβll leave with something tangible you can return to whenever you feel scattered, stuck, or pulled off course β a kind of personal north star for this season of your life.
From personal experience, giving my inner voice a form β something I can touch, hear, feel, and recognize in my body β has been the foundation of my creative and healing practice for as long as I can remember. Everything else I do rests on that simple act of listening and making what I hear real. This workshop is an invitation into that same process.

β Audio Production as Excavation, Echo, and Self-Listening
The Resonant Body is a six-part workshop series that teaches audio production fundamentals through metaphor, embodiment, and deep listening.
Rather than approaching sound as something to fix, optimize, or control, this series invites you to experience sound as a living waveβmoving through space, memory, and the body. Techniques like EQ, compression, gating, reverb, and delay are taught not as abstract tools, but as acts of carving, holding, boundary-setting, and return.
